Lorvix is the controller for personal data processed through ViralBee.
Normal user authentication is currently Google-based. We process Google account identifiers and related account profile fields for login and account management.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store billing-related metadata needed for subscription and top-up handling. We do not store raw card numbers in this app.
We store creator workflow records (angle scans, package builds, audits, rewrites) to provide history and account functionality.
We use IP and device signals, including browser fingerprinting during signup, to prevent abuse and enforce account limits.
We may use third-party AI service providers to process your workflow inputs and generate requested outputs. Generated outputs and related workflow data may be stored in your account history.
ViralBee uses necessary Laravel session cookies and CSRF/session security mechanisms for authentication and core operation. A cookie preferences center is available from the site footer so visitors can review and update consent choices if optional categories are introduced or enabled later.
Stripe handles checkout, billing portal, subscriptions, top-ups, and related payment processing workflows.
The app currently sends transactional emails such as welcome emails, billing confirmations, top-up confirmations, upgrade and downgrade confirmations, cancellation and payment-status notices, low add-on credit reminders, account deletion confirmations, and operator-forwarded contact form emails. No newsletter, ad-tech, or marketing automation system is currently implemented in this codebase.
We retain account, workflow, billing, and operational logs as required for service operation, security, and legal obligations, unless deleted earlier under account deletion flow.
Users can request account deletion. Active paid subscriptions must be canceled first. Some limited anti-abuse records may be retained in a deleted-accounts log.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by law.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
ViralBee is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law to use such services without parental authorization.
