1. Operator

This service is operated by Lorvix. These terms govern your use of ViralBee.

2. Service Description

ViralBee helps creators run an angle-first workflow: angle scan, package build, packaging audit, and rewrite.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and Access

  • Normal user access currently uses Google login.
  • Admin access is separate and uses admin credentials.
  • You are responsible for account security and lawful use.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform operation.
  • Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

6. Plans, Included Usage, and Add-on Credits

  • Plans provide included monthly usage quotas.
  • Add-on credits are purchased separately and are used after included monthly usage is exhausted.
  • If both included usage and add-on credits are exhausted, actions are blocked until reset or top-up.

7. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellation

  • Paid plans and top-ups are processed via Stripe.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Cancellation is scheduled for period end unless otherwise required by law.

8. Refunds

No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law.

9. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

  • ViralBee uses AI-generated suggestions and packaging output.
  • Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding what to publish.

10. User Content

You keep rights to your own submitted content. You grant us a limited license to process it for operating the service.

11. Intellectual Property

The service, software, branding, and platform materials are owned by Lorvix or its licensors and are protected by law.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lorvix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
